The Mission

Paving The Way: Diversity In Lactation, Inc (PTW) is dedicated to supporting aspiring International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) of Color on their journeys to becoming leaders in lactation support. We believe every family deserves access to culturally relevant lactation care—and that begins by increasing diversity in the lactation profession. Through mentorship, community, and targeted resources, we are breaking down barriers and building a more inclusive future for lactation care.
