Our mentorship program connects aspiring IBCLCs with experienced professionals like you to help them gain required clinical hours, deepen their practical knowledge, and build confidence in a supportive, culturally affirming environment.
As a PTW Mentor, You’ll:
Provide supervised clinical guidance in alignment with IBLCE requirements
Help mentees apply theory to practice in real-time settings
Share your expertise and professional insights
Contribute to diversifying the lactation field and improving maternal-child health equity
