This service includes intake forms, client notes, scheduling, and workflows so you can focus on supporting families while PracticeQ runs smoothly in the background. This setup saves you hours of administrative time and ensures your practice is professional, efficient, and client-friendly from day one.
PracticeQ set up includes:
creation of appointment types including locations, schedules, descriptions, pricing, packages and categories for lactation and doula services
email/text automations, etc
care plans (prenatal and postpartum) which can include links, videos, and up to 20 referral providers; up to 20 snippets (short phrases to clients or for notes) can also be provided.
consents, contracts, and up to 3 Doula intake forms can be converted (send as pdfs)
follow up appointment to review changes and demonstrate use.

Providers list to fax reports (up to 25) - $35
Extra snippets up to 20 - $15
Additional support with PracticeQ post follow up call - $160 (2hr minimum for tasks) or join one of our memberships for additional support

Intake forms: Prenatal, Initial postpartum, Infant, Follow up, Twins (initial & Follow up), and FLIP tool (for assessing latch)
Note templates: Prenatal visit record and prenatal provider report, Initial visit record, follow up visit record; postpartum & pediatric report; twin initial visit record, follow up record, and provider notes; infant and twin weight charts.
Consents and intake forms will be attached to the appropriate appointment types for seamless booking experience.
Pricing Options:
IBCLCs only | Starting at $650 - Includes full set up with 1 follow up call to assist with platform demonstration.
Doula/IBCLCs | Starting at $850 - Additionally includes dual-service workflows, integration of contracts and form creation, and scheduling customization.
Additional Support | 2-hr min, $160 - 2 hour session via Google Meet.
